DVR Message: Error: Unable to play the selected program. Please try again later. I disconnected the DVR STB for 1 minute and reconnected and did the same with the Verizon WIFI box. No change, still getting this error message when I try to play a recorded program.
I am receiving the same error! All of a sudden out of nowhere. No rhyme or reason to the shows that work and don't work. Someone please help!!!
I too am receiving the same message. Some shows on DVR , others don't. We have 2 STB and the shows that have errors show up on both boxes.
Sounds like an issue with HD in DVR.
I assume it will not play directly from DVR?
Maybe try FIX DVR issues under support.
