I just received IMG 1.9 this Wednesday and I love it.
Only issue I have is that when I press the up arrow during playback of a recorded program I get the chaptering screen but no thumbnail pictures are available.
I tried resetting the STB and disabling/enabling the feature and still no thumbnail pictures on any of my recorded programs.
Any suggestions.
STB is a QIP-7200 P2
I'm seeing the same thing. I received the upgrade several weeks ago as part of the slow roll for DAC 1/VHO3. Are you in Southern California or Texas? I'm trying to narrow this down to if it's a problem for DAC 1 as I haven't heard of this problem for other deployed markets.
I am in Southern California.

That's what I suspected. I'll report it
I am also in Southern California and I have chapters, but no thumbnails.
Also in VHO 3 with 1.9 and no thumbnails... CallerID also doesn't display on screen, even after waiting a few days for it to activate.
Ditto for us - I'm in So Cal & thought the chaptering would be great, but it shows up only on 20% of the shows.
Verizon support, I've also opened a ticket on this and have not received any response. What's up with this issue? Is this limited jus to CA? If so, what is the plan to resolve this?
