DVR is recording same show multiple times even though i set to First Run only

I noticed this today. The Bloomberg Wall Street Week show on channel 605 got recorded 3 times on 6/21/20 and it was the same exact show. I have the DVR setting set to record First Run only. The dvr recorded at 859am, 1159am, and at 5pm. I think it is because it has a little green box and says NEW for this show. It must see it as new every time it appears. It is not working properly. Please fix. Thanks.
