Ok, so I noticed that when I am using my remote and selecting DVR and then using the right arrow to go to the right (into view recordings), that sometimes it goes right to the info of that show... before i can scroll down the list of recorded shows. It does this every once in a while. I tested it to confirm.
I thought i was accidentally hitting OK, but i wasnt. Something is wrong with it and it needs to be corrected. I only move to the right and boom, it selects the show. It should just sit on that show, not select it.
Also, there should be a clock on the DVR screen. Often, i am wondering what time it is and it would be nice to show on the screen somewhere. Would be helpful for sure. I know it is on the STB itself but sometimes that shows channel or i cant view it because it is low. Add the current time to the DVR screen..customers would like that.
No one else has this issue? is it a bad remote? Wonder why this happens.. it is annoying.
This is still occuring. I go to the right with right arrow to view recordings and boom, it jumps into the info of the show without me doing anything. Then i go back and then scroll down. So annoying. Guess i have to live with this.
I am not seeing issue.
Have you tried auto fix issues option under support?
Ok, maybe it is the remote? but it definitely does this annoying jump into the information thing and I have to back out.
Are you talking about the menus on the screen?
