DVR menu label order

We have 3 DVR units in our house. 2 of them are the larger boxes and one is a smaller box.

The menu labels on the small box appears like this:

1.Bedroom

2. Living room

they should read:

1.Living Room 

2. Bedroom

We want to change the settings so that the menu has them in this order but can't figure out how

We do NOT want to change the name on the boxes, we attempted fixing this through 4 tech chats and calls and have been told it can't be done, but we know it can because other techs have successfully changed it for us before.
