I've been a FiOS TV user for a few months now. More than 50% of the time, if I watch something I recorded, don't finish it, start it up again another day, the program usually starts at the beginning. Why doesn't the system ask me 100% of the time if I wish to resume where I left off or start over? My old DirecTV DVR always did this.
I have not had a problem.
When you go to paly a show you have already started watching you should have an option for resume or play.
Play will start from the beginning.
I may have caused this problem. If you click DVR and the Play button on a program, it starts at the beginning regardless if you were watching it before. If you click DVR and OK on a program you were watching, it will ask if you want to resume.
