DVR scheduling not working properly

I've recently noticed a problem with the scheduling of programs: if I cancel a recording for a series, it will be scheduled again. I can go into the DVR menu, select an upcoming program, select "cancel recording", exit the menu, then go back into the menu a minute later, and the program will be listed on the schedule again. Even if I go through this process multiple times, the same thing will happen.

Also, if I notice a conflict, and select "remove from schedule", if I go back into the menu, it will be there again as well. 

This has caused various programs not to record which I specifically scheduled, and it was caused other programs to be recorded which I didn't want/tried to cancel.

Is anyone else having this problem?
