DVR search only shows "On Demand" results

I can't find any upcoming show times.  You go to DVR > Search for a show > type in a show name, nothing comes up as a result.  The only results I get are for On Demand titles.  I have no way to search for an upcoming show, it does not work whatsoever.

What model STB do you have?

Have you tried to reset the box?

Is it a show you know has airings coming up?
