Anyone ever have their DVR recordings play back with a “twitchy” screen that blinks in-and-out? Also regular live programming seems to be doing it, too.
Not sure if it’s a bad hdmi cable, bad DVR box, bad signal from Verizon...?

It ended up being a stupid cheap 3’ hdmi cable going from the box to the surround-sound device. I replaced it, works perfectly now.
Do you have more than 1 box?
If so, try swapping them around.
You can also check coax connections starting at ONT and verify they are all tight.
