DVR shows fully recorded episode but it’s only partial recording

Hi All,

Last night we tried to watch a CBS show on our DVR. The DVR said that the full hour of the show had been recorded, but when we played it, only 30 minutes had been recorded. We experienced the same thing tonight with another CBS show on our DVR. The DVR showed the episode fully recorded but when playing back, there was only 25 minutes of footage. We tried rebooting the DVR but that didn’t restore the full recording.

Any ideas on a possible solution? Thanks in advance!
