Digital Adapter--Missing Channel display

Hi! It seems that the digital adapter in one room does not display the channels anymore. Can someone please kindly provide assistance? This affects only 1 set since the other rooms have the actual set-top boxes.

Unplug power and plug pack in. That resets the box and should fix it.

Thank you thank you Thank you.  I called Customer Service first and was about to totally go insane.  All I wanted was to get the channel numbers to show on tv with digital adapter.  

I am so happy to find the answer in the Forum.  I don't have to jump out the window now, and that makes me happy as it is pouring down rain LOL
