Dislike how it works

I just have to say that I really dislike how verison fios works online. I usually only watch tv via my computer and it seems like such as pain to pull up a TV show I want to watch and watch it additionally numerious times it hangs or never plays at all. Also the fact that it opens in another website (whomever the seriers is from) sucks, I really hate the way its set up! It should be that if you want to watch a show you can scroll through thumbnails of what you want and select it and when you do you should be able to watch it from verison after all thats who we pay all this money to for there service right? Dislike!!
