Do not order the Terrible ppv service

Just switched to fios last week from xfinity and after about a week with Fios I have already had a terrible experience.  I was trying to order the Wilder vs fury 2 and the HD channel for it was unavailable so I called for support and was on hold 20 minutes so I gave up and just ordered the standard version as I had also tried resetting the box a few times and googling the issue seeing that a bunch of people had issues with the HD channel. I decided to chat with a representative while the event was ongoing to see if I would be able to switch to HD during the event and was told that I could but I’d have to pay again and that the channel was unavailable because they had to many people ordering the fight so the high demand meant only the standard channel worked when I ordered.
