I DVR'ed Suits on USA Network on my Moxi on a recently installed FIOS system. Then I watched the episode live on a Cablevision system. There were many curse words used, like starting with {word filter avoidance} and {word filter avoidance}-. Did not seem like a big deal, Then was watching the DVR on the FIOS system and the bad words are blanked out. Does FIOS censor TV content? Why would USA network on Cablevision include these words but not on FIOS? This is first run episodes of made for USA programming. I am very surprised. Anyone whonw what might be going on? Is there a setting somewhere that turns on censorship? Can I disable?

FiOS does not censor TV content. Though there are some channels that do. However, USA Network is not one of them. I watch Suits and have never noticed any bleeping out of words. In fact, the language on the last episode of Suits was some of the worst I've heard outside of premium movie channels such as Cinemax.

Might FIOS have different USA Network feeds then in different locations? I am in NYC. I use a Moxi DVR, and my recording of Suits from last week (last week of Aug) had silence for every F word or S word in the show, which was a lot. I am at a loss for who blacked it out, but I can guarantee you it was blacked out. We have 2 different recording of it to prove the point. At I checked and it recorded USA on Tuesday night at 10:01 PM on channel 550 (HD feed). Full blackouts.

I doubt the location makes a difference. And have no explanation.
One thing you might try is take a look at the last episode on FiOS On Demand and see if it differs from your recording. You could probably play it in the background while doing something else and detect whether or not the bleeping out of curse words is present. I don't know why it would, but I'm curious as to why your episodes were censored and mine wasn't.

I will look tonight at the on demand. I am completely puzzled why the feed is different. The words are noticable in the first 5 mins so easy to check

I seem to recall that the MOXI BOX had some kind of setting to censor bad word when it first came out you might want to go back and check the users manual on this . (I noticed both posters had this problem) Its true some channels censor cuss words but the channel you mentioned does not nor does verizon have a right to censor ,so i still think its your moxi box thats resposible for this!
