Does Verizon know what "Reality" TV is

I was surprized that I had to choose a type of package when I signed up for FIOS. I chose the Reality TV package. I am surprized that I can't get channels like The Discovery Channel or CNBC to watch shows like "The Profit". You can't get any more REAL than Discovery. As a matter of fact, I don't even think I get Fox Business News. I think these channels should be added into the Reality package. It's absurd that they're not already a part of it.

Upgrade your package to preferred to extreme hd. Custom TV is terrible.
