Does Verizon plan to expand non-English language channels?

I came to Ventura County from San Francisco Bay Area where Comcast has more channels in the basic packages. I like many Americans like to watch shows from other cultures asI find them interesting. I recall two in particular, KTNC (Comcast San Jose Channel 19) is a Spanish language channel and Channel 197, KICU2 ( MBN Network from Korea ). Both have good variety and music video shows as well as news in both their langauges and in English.  There were some Japnanese channels as well but I do not recall the channel call signs.
