Now that NBCSN has moved a ton of its games and programming to a paid Peacock app subscription it's absurd for us customers to continue paying them for its service. They should be offering Verizon Fios a discounted rate for the programming changes and that should be sent down to us customers.

NBCSN has said they will be shutting down by the end of the year.

As for dropping the price, Verizon (like any other cable company) will just absorb the drop in costs to make up for the other channels that sign and want an increase.
