Drop channels

How do I drop NFL network and the ESPN channels? Do I need to change plans or can Fios shut them off for me?

Only option is to change to a plan that doesn't contain any sports.

Most people find those plans also are missing other channels they desire.

Nope and NO other company will do it as well (i.e. Directv, XFinity, etc.)
