In VHO9, channel 696 is now labled as E! HD, but the only thing on it so far is color bars. The color bars that were on FiOS 3D channel 1003 are gone, and the guide says "unable to tune to channel".

It would be nice to know which programming packages it is associated with. I'm on Prime with a CC/TiVo and I get a screen (not Verizon generated apparently) that says device needs to be activated. This is unlike other channels for which I'm not subscribed.
