Why is it that every night, what I'm watching is interrupted for a short bit with an EAS test message when it's supposedly a "weekly" test? And who thought that 2am was a much better time then lets say 4am?
I could understand increased testing prior to and during Irene, but now that it has passed, I don't see the purpose of a daily EAS test. It messes up whatever I'm DVRing and having it occour daily is unecessary.
Just my two cents.
Totally agree starting to become pretty irate about it to the point I am about to cancel Verison and go back to Brighthouse.
So many times it has been mentioned that the scheduling of these things is not VERIZON"S choice. THey just automatically send it out when the authority responsible send out a EAS message.
Yes its been discussed, that there may be a better way to handle the disruptions on DVR's, but it would still show at whatever time it is sent if you are watching live.
