You don't unless you can hook up a computer to your TV.  ESPN3 is an online channel.

You can get a subscription to PlayOn and watch it through various devices like PS3, XBox, Roku, Wii, etc.  I have a WiFi connected Blu-Ray player and a Western Digital WDTV Live that I use to watch it through my TVs.
