Entertainment pack 50% off for 6 months

My entertainment pack 50%  for 6 months has expired.   A chat agent just said the promotion could not be renewed.

Can anyone here help me?    

6 months ago a phone agent put me in a "cheaper" bundle which ended up costing more than what I was paying, since she didn't tell me I'd lose my $19.99 credit per month DVR for life credit.   

I don't trust the people when I call.

Agents who read things on this forum helped me with that, and months later, I did get a settlement for losing my DVR for life.

I appreciate the support I got from the agents who read my concerns, and hope you can help with this too.

If not, I'm considering giving up the entertainment pack completely and just getting HBO Now and SHOWTIME Anytime to watch on Apple TV or ROKU.   They both offer a free month  and HBO becomes $14.99 and SHO becomes $10.99,  (compared to FIOS  HBO $19.99 and SHOWTIME $17.99) ,     so FIOS would not get anything from me for my premium channels.
