Epix on demand

I subscribe to most premium channels including Epix.  The STB is fine, but when I want to watch online either via the Verizon Website, Entertainment, on demand, Fios TV online, all premiums are available, HBO GO, Cinemax GO, but Epix is grayed out.  I emailed Epix and they said it was the way I was authenticating.  Verizon needs to fix.  I have ticket in, but no progress. 

On the Epix website, I logon in and it tells me I must subscribe.  So I clicked subrscribed again, and still no luck.

Any suggestions?

I have the same issue, but gave up asking.  The people I have spoken to on the phone are so clueless, that I don't want them messing with my package.  Afraid my credits and discounts would get messed up.  I was actually told that I did not subscribe to the channel, and that I should not be able to watch it.  Even though it is part of my package, and I was watching it when I called.

I am having the same issue too. Since it was one reason I went up in my package to ave it online and I cannot get it to work. Well that is a violation of terms for services renedered and I can get out of th contract according to the RI state att generals office. They better fix this or I will drop Ultimate HD and got back to my old package.
