My scenerio.... I have two flatscreens in two seperate rooms. I have Dishnetwork right now. The way they set me up, is I have 2 boxes in a cabinet under one TV. Each box feeds a TV via HDMI. Dish gave me an RF remote for TV as well.

If I switch to Verizon, what equipment will I need to duplicate this? I do not want a box in both rooms. I want all my connections via HDMI. Customer service on verizon is useless in trying to get my questions answered. How much extra will they charge.

All of Verizon's HD STBs (DVR or non) have HDMI outputs.  However you might want to search for reported issues with some equipment (AVRs, TVs, HDNI switches, etc.).

The real problem is that there is no RF remote for FiOS STBs (IR only) AND all flavors of STB respond to the same IR codes.  Verizon does have an IR extender which might solve your setup request (don't know the cost or exact functionality).
