Error Code 3201

I am setting up my cable box and keep getting error code 3201. I have tried a code INIT and it still isn’t working. Please advise.

Hi there, 

I think this error has to do with activation. Have you checked to make sure your set top box is registered here? https://activate.verizon.com/register/start
