Error Code VMS 1064

Good Morning,

For the past two weeks I have been trying to watch programs from my verizon moble app on my Iphone 6 plus and no matter what I am trying to watch I get this error code that says "We are unable to process your request. Please try again later. Error code VMS_1064"  I have updated my iphone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Can someone please help me with the problem. Thanks

Best thing to do is use support option within the app.

They are quite helpful in resolving issues.

Trying to watch Dvr recorded shows on my iPhone but get a VMS_1064 error code.   Can someone walk me through how to fix this?

they dont have an answer, they do not have a resolution.  Stop selling user data like Neilson that lags you out while it collects meta,

Have you used the support option within the app to get help?

This is just a peer to peer support forum.

So unless someone else has had the issue and had it resolved, you may not get an asnwer.

I have used app support before for other issues and they have been helpful and responsive.
