Error code 9-6-15-657-99 when watching DVR CBS shows

When I try to watch CBS shows off the DVR from the Fios Phone app it gives me that error message.
When we try to watch these shows on the DVR with the TV, the screen flashes black and returns you to the DVR screen.
We've rebooted everything and that didn't solve the issue.
Does anyone have any ideas that doesn't involve me spending an hour on the phone? Pretty Please! lol
