Extend Live recording to more than 1 hour

Current live recording on the Verizon DVR is 1 hour.

Is there a way to extend the live recording on any Verizon DVR to more than 1 hour.

And, if so, how.

Not directly.

If you need to go longer, you can choose manual recording option.
That allows you to record up to 6 hours in one recording.

Or just set up the show after the live show to record as well.
