How do I install the FiOS app on my TV. I have DirecTV.

Not sure I understand. If you have DirecTV you wouldn't access to the app. I also don't think the app is supported on TV. Just iPhone/iPad and Android devices. 

 Not sure if the app supports airplay but if you install on your iPhone and have an Apple TV airplay might be a possibility.

You don’t.

the partnership between Verizon and directtv has been severed.

and unlike a smart tv which has its own App Store you would have to look for it there.
