Just an FYI to to those who view Fearnet that the channel has been deleted from the lineup with apparently no notice from our friends at Verizon.
they did mention it this week.. cick on the menu button on your remote, go to new messages - stating the various channel changes and deletions. Fearnet was one of them.
Now that Comcast/NBC has ended FearNet, programming will be going to SyFy and Chiller. The question now is: will CHILLER have an HD OnDemand uncensored section as FearNet did?

There most certainly WAS a notice, I received a message on my STB about a week ago. And it has been deleted because Comcast, who oned the channel, shut it down. Fearnet NO longer exists.
Just an FYI

I'll add to this. If you go into your account online and go to billing click on get paper bill or pdf and the same messages that end up in the message center are there. Verizon always notifies customers of channel changes.
Verizon's offering of free movies is just terrible and now with the removeal of Fearnet there seems to be even less. Why are there so few free movies?
All's I know is that when at Comcast I had access to hundreds of free movies.
What a disapointment - I will not be renewing if something does not change.
No notice? It's been known for months that Comcast/NBC was ending Fearnet. Verizon didn't pull it - it no longer exists.
