The Fios TV guide on all my boxes are suddenly unavaialble - thought it was a short term problem but has been that for the seonday day running now. Are there any issues with the guide right now?
No problems here, but try this
click menu > customer support > in home agent > set top box auto correct.
OR go to www.verizon.com/repair and click quick fix for set top box.
Check the connections on your router and reboot the router ... then try rebooting the STB's and see if the guide comes back.
