FIOS Recommendations screen

Suddenly, both cable boxes upstairs and down display FIOS recommendations.

You have to exit out to live TV.

I changed the settings in Recommendations to disable and it still happens.

I can't prove it but I believe the settings have "enabled themselves" at least once after I choose to disable them.
