FIOS VOD HD won't work on more than one set

VOD HD won't work on more than one set at a time.If both are on the pictures are choppy and no audio.

VOD Recommended limits

• Three Standard Definition VOD requests
• One High Definition VOD request
• One High Definition and Two Standard Definition request

This is a normal limitation of the network.

Some area's are upgraded to handle more than 1 HD request at a time, so YMMV.   

I would however restart everything just in case,  so do it in this order

• Reboot the router (unplug it for 15 seconds and turn it back on)
• Wait for the internet light to come on and flash green
• Reboot the cable boxes affected (menu > customer support  > in home agent > reboot set top box)

Try it again afterwards.
