FIOS going to channel 25 after watching DVR and selecting live TV

Since we had to turn the clocks back (daylight savings), Verizon is automatically going to channel 25.  A channel WE DO NOT watch.    It wasn't even on our guide.

Whenever we watch the DVR and select LIVE TV, it goes to this channel 25.  So annoying!   

I have last channel viewed selected for turning on the TV, etc.      Any ideas?

Try changing the Last Channel Viewed Option to something else, remove power to the box, power it back up, change back to your favorite channel.
