WHY CAN'T you (FIOS) fix your iPad app so that we can watch recorded shows on it WHEN WE ARE IN OUR OWN HOUSE.
The app constantly crashes... If I dare forward a program 30 seconds or rewind it, I get the errors... NON STOP. This is ridiclous.
This has been going on for a year now. IS THERE A FIX COMING OR NOT?
I MEAN... GET AN IOS DEVELOPER TO FIX THIS BUG. OR I AM LEAVING VERIZON.
I had the same issue, I found if you delete the app then reinstall it this is fixed.
I tried that 20 times. Didn’t fix the bug.

Did you empty the cache and reset the data before removing and reinstalling the app?
You could also try setting your 5ghz wireless up to a fixed channel to avoid it changing during the time you watch.
