Why when I rent a movie it tells me this movie is not eligible to redeem my points ?? Every movie says it .. Am I doing something wrong ??

Not sure who decides, but I have seen that on a number of movies.
Especially new releases.
Look at something that has been out for a little while and see oif you have the same issue.
You don't have to redeem to see if eligible.
