Does anyone know why there is no Feedback option?

I want to tell Verizon ways to improve the DVR experience, but there is no way to email it in.

I guess i will wait for cust service for an hour.  The chat is down now.

DVR needs to show % storage used all the time, not just when you are on the left side. Should show it when you are in the show area on the right side too.

Thanks.

Actually, last night i noticed they added a storage bar so when i am viewing recordings , I can still see it.

They also added the sort feature to recordings, but still need a sort feature just on the episodes.  I want the recordings in alphabetical, but under that, i want the episodes in oldest to newest.  Thanks for listening and acting on it!
