Starting Sunday evening my access to my DVR data through FiOS TV Central website. When I log-in, the 'default' city, state location is incorrect and instead of offering me access to my DVR data, to erase or set recordings, I can only access general information about the remote services. I am however able to access this information through the app on my blackberry. Is this a problem with my connection to this service (not sure how that would be possible but maybe I guess) or is this a problem on Verizon's side?
[I have contacted Verizon's Support Department a few times and no one seems to be able to explain the problem and it was forwarded to a group that is suppose to deal with this specific feature but I haven't heard from them yet.]
I know that it's a silly thing to be worried about but I've gotten really use to being able to access this information online.

Same for me, but it started middle of last week - around the 15th or so.
