I have FiOS TV Premier (Part of triple play). The current FIOS TV Packages are shown as:
Prime
Extreme
Ultimate
It would appear premier has been disconnected or replaced but verizon have failed to up the information on my bill. Which of the above has replaced Premier?
Thanks

premier had 299 channels according to this channel comparison, and prime has 242 and extreme has 338 so it looks like it is in the middle of those two plans, but you can check to see the channel comparison's here at this website.
it lets you choose the plan and then do a side by side comparison of what channel is on it and what channel is not included.
Basically, the PRIME package has replaced the old PREMIER package, but with at least 25-30 channels less by my count. It's an obvious ploy by Verizon to try to bump people up to the higher cost ExtremeHD package.
This happened in January 2010...
