FiOS on demand

I'm changed over from Spectrum. What is the best way to get on demand without paying an arm and a leg?

Can you be more explicit?

Verizon offers on demand for those channels that are part of your TV package.

Is that what you are refering to?

Or are you asking about rental of movies?

There's no extra charge for on demand. If you are subscribed to that channel then you can watch whatever is on demand.

Not completely true.

Some content providers have started charging for older episodes of shows.

You are right. He didn't really go into specifics. Was just trying to figure out what he was asking.

I am a New fios customer With Ultimate TV package. My problem is no matter what on demand content I try to view Ex USA NCIS, It tells me I can buy show for one dollar or by season. It appears as if the on demand portion of my account does not know what I am subscribed to. I have tried 4 different calls to tech support with no results.

Please Help

On Demand mixes paid and free program. What you seeing isn’t an error. If there a money sign next to the episode then there is a fee.

The network sets the price for on demand shows. Not Verizon.

What is occurring is as follows:

My current plan is Ultimate TV which includes Premium networks,

The problem is no matter what on demand TV  network IE USA

or premium HBO etc they all want me to subscribe or pay per episode.

It appears as though subscription plan is not registering or updating On Demand pricing

HBO was dropped from quite a number of Ultimate plans.
Can you view on STB?

As for non-premium networks, as stated, the networks are setting the fees.

Not sure if they are trying to drive users to their apps or other reasons.

I checked and I agree, other than some episodes of season 15, all of NCIS is available for a fee.

You can probably watch them for free using the USA app.

From random checks I have done in the past, other providers are showing similar results.

In a couple of cases, Comcast had some extra episodes for free.

I was told they are paying extra for them.
As they are several times larger than FiOS, they can probably afford it more.
