Fios App Error code 9-6-24-306-999

I am having a lot of trouble lately with the fios app. Today I keep getting this error message 9-6-24-306-999. I am not on my home network.

Try deleting the app from your device, go to the Playstore and get a fresh download and re-install it.

It’s never worked for me... reloaded the app several times. It’s a truly crappy app.. the only thing worse is their support service
