Hello -
I wanted to add a sound bar to my set up. I had to to use the ARC/ HDMI1 port for the sound bar so I moved the existing (and working) HDMI cable for FIOS over one slot to HDMI 2. Unfortunately when going to the other port (I tried all the other HDMI ports too) it says no signal despite pulling the FIOS box name as the input title name. I have a 2019 Vizio E70-E3 tv. When I disconnect the sound bar and plug the fios hdmi back into hdmi 1/arc it works. I tried a different tv without issue and reset this TV to factory and started over but only HDMI1/Arc allows the signal to show on the screen. Any idea on how to get my tv to allow the hdmi signal to show up on other HDMI ports other than the ARC port?

There is an input limitation on that TV for 4K signals. According to the Vizio support site only the ARC input is hdcp2.2 compatible, which is what the Fios box needs. What you have to do is hook the Fios box to the soundbar, and use it to send the signal to the TV. Hopefully your soundbar is compatible. If not you'll have to change the resolution of the Fios box to 1080i. From the Vizio Support site:
HDMI Version: | Port 1 supports: v.2.0; Ports 2-4 supports: v1.4
HDCP Version | Ports 1 supports: v2.2
HDMI 1 Tech Spec | 600MHz pixel clock rate: 2160p@60fps, 4:4:4, 8-bit | 2160p@60fps, 4:2:2, 12-bit 2160p@60fps, 4:2:0, 12-bit
HDMI 2-4 Tech Specs | 340MHz pixel clock rate: 2160@60fps 4:2:0 8 bit |
