I'm hoping the expertise in this forum can help me out! I currently have a DVR and five additional boxes. I want to move to Fios One TV -- but realize, from the website, that each Fios One DVR/server can support up to four mini boxes, one short of the six I need. Can I get an additional Fios One TV "mini" and, rather than try to connect with the DVR via Wi-Fi, simply plug into an existing Fios coax wall jack? Thanks for any insights!
No. All the minis actually stream from the DVR using IPs address over MoCA. I believe that they will just send you a second DVR with the DVR function disabled.
