Fios One no Signal New LG OLED CX

Installed new LG OLED CX 55 television last week. 10 yr old Verizon cable box worked fine. Ordered new Fiox one box and LG TV will not recognize signal. No Signal message. Verizon technicians here 2 hours and cannot resolve. Tried different Fios One box, same issue so was not a defective box. Old box continues to work when hooked back up. . Anyone else have this issue with an LG not recognizing signal from the new Fios One boxes?

Is there an option on the LG for extended color or something like that in the input or video menu? If so you need to enable that on the Fios box input. The old box was only capable of 1080 SDR, the new is capable of 2160 HDR and will set itself to that if it senses the TV is capable of handling it. Problem is if the TV isn't setup to accept it, you get no picture. If you have another TV and could temporarily hook the new box up to it set it to 1080, then reconnect to the LG. After that you could set the LG to the correct colorspace, or Auto if it has that option.
