Fios Quantm shortcomings

I thought that my new Fios Quantm service was going to be a rewarding experience, but am greatly dissatisfied. I lost two important functions. One was the "set reminder" function and the other is the ability to set a particular widget (weather bug) as my default. I would rather have my old set top boxes and DVR back. I feel I was sold a defective product. Trying to contact Verizon to complain is almost impossible. This is the only avenue I could find. So be it.
