Fios Quantum Enhanced DVR issue

Hello all, I have the 100 hr, up to 6 shows to record at once DVR set up. I have been very happy with it, but all of a sudden today something weird has been happening. I only have one show taping, and it is running each hour (as in starting a new episode each hour), and I will be on another channel watching something else, but once the top of the hour comes, the box switches to the channel that is recording. 

I can see if I had 4 shows ready to record at once, I would get the warning to switch to one of the programs or cancel one, but I have never had this issue where only one show is recording and it keeps switching to that show each hour it starts to record another episode.

I know I didn't intentionally set something differently, but this should not be happening and it will get on my nerves eventually so I am trying to nip it in the bud before. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
