Hi, hoping someone can help. I had Verizon install fios and it was working perfectly for a few days. Now, I turn on the box and the picture and audio comes through for about 2 seconds and then turns off (and does not come back on when I try to turn back on). After about an hour, this process will repeat.
Any advice? The other TV is working fine, and I tried resetting the box.

What model box is it?
Have you tried swapping them around to see if problem follows box?
