Fios TV One Mini won't record

Just installed Fios TV One and associated TV One Mini - problem is the recorded programs are displayed on both DVR's and cannot record on only one DVR individually. When I display the DVR menu - configure & upgrade - refresh devices - press 'ok' to see DVR's on your netwok - Only the main DVR is displayed, not the Mini. It seems that the network is not recognizing the Mini. How do I associate the Mini with the network? I've rebooted the Mini several times, paired the Voice remote, etc .. all to no avail! Any help greatly appreciated!

The mini is not a DVR, it can play recordings from the DVR, or schedule recordings to the DVR.
