Fios TV One STB powers up in Remote Programming mode randomly

Recently upgraded from Fios Quantum to Fios TV One DVR along with their new remotes.  At random times the STB will power on in Remote Programjming mode even though they have been porogrammed to the STB and TV previously.  If I poweroff then poweron again that clears up the issue but it's a nuisance.  This happens on the main DVR as well as client boxes so it seems to be a SW related issue with the boxes. If this a known issue and if so, is there a way to fix it in settings?

You could try going into the settings and doing a factory restore. You'll lose any customization you have done, and have to re-pair the remotes and minis, but it may clear up the issue.
