I turned on my new (1-month old Sony) tv today after having watched it last night, and there's now no audio when I try to watch cable mode. When I watch via Streaming, there's no problems. I'm new to all the streaming lingo so hope I'm explaining all this right. I put on HBO Max, and sound was like normal. TV is not connected to receiver or sound bar. Just HDMI cable. Everything just was professionally installed a month ago and at that time we switched out to this FIOS one system. I read others having problems with this tv box knocking out audio at times. I've tried several times unplugging the box to no avail. Any ideas before I have to call Verizon?
Update: Turned the tv on, and it's now back to working. Go figure -- hope it was just something glitchy with software and it won't come back!
